Weekly live 30 minute Pause & Play Journalling sessions : Each week, our sessions introduce your team to a treasure trove of creative, playful and sensory based mindfulness activities. From doodling to drawing meditations, texture, colour and free writing based activities, we guide participants in grounding themselves in the present moment. Over time, this practice not only boosts mental clarity but also nurtures a sense of curiosity over contempt.

On-Demand Wellness Hub: The programme doesn't only have weekly sessions. Participants gain access to a rich resource of over 90 (and growing!) go-to prompts, available on demand across the 8 weeks. These 5 minute creative micro-break resources are designed to help individuals find calm, focus, and a renewed sense of wellbeing at anytime across their week, helping to further build their resilience.

Boost Productivity and Wellbeing: By taking a creative pause, your team can re-ignite a spark of joy, maintain momentum and re-connection to what’s important to them. How long?
8 weeks on Zoom of 30 minute sessions, plus a pre-programme session of 45 minutes with the group, and a final session one month later, 30-45 minutes. Can also be paired with a Creative Problem Solving Workshop

What materials do we need to provide to kickstart this mindful practice for colleagues?

A kit list will be supplied of a simple journal and basic art materials kit.

How many participants?

8-12 people in one group.

Is this programme a substitute for coaching / therapy?

No. The processes used may be therapeutic but are not a subsitute for therapy or coaching. It doesn't work with the root cause of stresses. Participants need to be mentally well in their regular attendance at work to take part.

Do employees need to be good at art?

Absolutely no recent art or creative experiences necessary! Your Creative Mindfulness Coach Harriet uses playful, quirky methods not designed to make artistic masterpieces, but use easy creative processes that are about opening back up the child-like sense of awe and wonder.
